Exercises

This page is designated to provide a location to place exercises to strengthen a part of a body.  Green White is aware of the need to condition and strengthen muscles to lessen the possibility of injuries.  For instance, the knee is a part of the body that is prone to injuries in soccer.  There are many exercises both static and dynamic that help reduce the probability of a non contact knee injury.  One such program is the PEP program.  It has a main component and an alternative one.    Dynamic exercises can also be used.  The head athletic trainer at New Trier High School has trained some of the Green White coaches on this and his exercises are available as well.  Specific questions to Dale can be done by email.
