FALL INSTRUCTIONAL SOCCER REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
Winter registration will begin October 15, 2010.

Registration deadline for fall was JULY 10, 2010.
The registration fee for Fall 2010 is $75. We will again offer the option to sign up for fall and spring for a discounted price of $130. This amount includes a full uniform for all players - jersey, shorts, and socks.
Refunds: Refunds minus a $5 administrative fee will be given up until the first game provided you have not received a uniform. After that or if you have received a uniform, refunds minus the $5 administrative fee and a uniform fee will be given up until the second game. After the second game, no refunds will be given. The only exception to this is when we are unable to place a child on a team. Then, a full refund will be given.

Donations Needed: Green White collects donations to use for scholarships for families in need. Individuals can contribute to the scholarships by using the electronic registration link above.
Corporate or larger contributors will be added to our website with a link to their website as well. Additionally, Green White will consider including signage at the fields or symbols and mottos on the uniform. If you are interested, please contact Greg LaCost
If you are going through economic hardship and want to apply for a partial scholarship, you will need to fill out and submit the following form. Scholarships are directly applied to participation fees. Uniform fees are the responsibility of each family. This form is also used to request a different payment schedule. Please still use the electronic link above to complete the registration process choosing the pay by check option.
