Green White is an Illinois Youth Soccer Association (IYSA) member and as such we use Illinois state certified referees on both an instructional and travel basis.  This "upgrade" from many programs allows us to provide better referees to club members.  As such we monitor our pay to our independent contractors to make sure it is competitive.    On an instructional level, we primarily utilize girls and boys over the age of 13 to referee for our club.  We believe that our club can provide some training ground for these youths and the program is monitored and educated by independent contractor, Sandy Grivas.  A parent of any youth under the age of 13 is required to be present at the fields during the game.   On a travel level, we utilize seasoned linespersons that have proven their abilities on the instructional level.  As for center referees, we currently use the assignors assigned to us from the IWSL and YSSL.   If you are interested in being a referee for the club, please contact Sandy Grivas.  If you want to become a referee, please visit the IYSA website.   We will update this page to provide more information as this website develops.
